Over three decades, I've helped leadership teams and coalition leaders get aligned and move forward together. Typically, these groups face fragmentation due to competing priorities, unclear strategies, or the need for a major pivot.
I break through gridlock, create alignment, and move organizations into sustained action. My work spans corporate boardrooms and government agencies, aligning executive teams and architecting multi-sector, large-scale public-private coalitions tackling high-stakes challenges like the opioid crisis, gun violence, and regional resilience.
